Sustainability Through ecolabelling, sustainable working practices and staying true to our brand focus of Hygiene Measured, we strive to improve hygiene for all our customers without leaving a negative impact on the planet. • k-Eco The k-Eco range are products we personally recommend as offering significant sustainable values. This could be products that have achieved official ecolabel status in terms of the product life cycle but are often products we recommend as offering sustainability in use. For example, single sheet dispensing systems have been proven to reduce paper consumption by 50% which not only reduces product waste, but also the amount of packaging waste and product deliveries required. • Ecolabelling Official ecolabels are awarded to products that have met specific environmental standards throughout their life cycle, from raw material extraction, production, distribution, use, disposal and recycling. Knighton has a target to increase ecolabel products by 10% year on year. • Unofficial labels don’t conform to a recognised regulation but can still offer sustainable values, e.g. 100% recycled products and Evans Greentick products. ntal standards throughout their
